Becky informs me that the kitchen is not ready yet, so we will still be self catering. So please feel free to bring along some dips and nibbles to share with other people.

I'm looking forward to being at the new fetish fair on Sunday 5th March - the London Alternative Market.

Following a request by our Landlady...

First of, Putney Munch is a vanilla munch. This means we are a friendly and open environment for newbies to come along and meet people with like minded interests. It's an opportunity for to meet people before they meet their kink. It's inviting, not scary. Part of being a vanilla munch is that ultimately, people not at the munch (ordinary punters at the bar) shouldn't be overly concerned about our presence.

So to that end, I'm going to post a couple of easy rules for people to follow.

1. Please do not display toys.
I know you really want to show off that flogger, whip, electrical toy or handcuffs you've just brought along with you. But please, refrain from doing this. If you absolutely must, then please do it at the back of the pub. Do NOT show toys by the bar. You will be warned. You won't get two warnings. Ideally, please leave your toys at home.

2. Please wear appropriate clothing AND underwear.
If you feel the need to change when you arrive at the munch into a special outfit, the chances are what you arrived in was more suitable for the munch. I don't want to rain on anyones parade, or stop people expressing themselves, or showing off how slutty their submissive is, but please remember this is a vanilla pub, where ordinary people go to drink, as is their right (it being their local). So if you feel the need to dress in a really short skirt, please remember what your mother told you, and ensure your wearing appropriate undergarments.

Your help and consideration is appreciated in this matter.
